HERB GARDEN The kitchen makes extensive use of the fresh herbs and spices grown in Baan Aarya's garden. CHEFS & CUISINE Baan Aarya is home to two Thai Chefs, Khun Aarya and Khun Paum. Aarya is from Loei Province in the north east of Thailand whilst her colleague Paum hails from Singhaburi Province in the central part of the country.
